Shop Policies and Processing Time

Return & Exchanges: 
I gladly accept exchanges (contact me within- 14 days of delivery) (ship items back within- 30 days of delivery)
I only accept returns and or refunds when item is in still good condition, otherwise refunds and returns won't be accepted.

The Following items can't be returned or exchanged:
because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, i can't accept returns for:
*custom or personalized orders
*broken items that were broken from buyer personally
*items that are not described in description of item that was purchased

 I dont accept cancellations 
(but please contact me if you have any problems with your order)

Conditions of return: 
buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Processing Time:
Your item will ship 3-5 business days after purchase if chosen standard shipping. Business days do not include shipping time. During holidays there is a chance your item will be shipped earlier than expected and or delayed by post office.
